差評，我下單前看了訂單詳情是有窗的，實際酒店是無窗的，而且我下單用積分換了免費升級房型服務，前台説酒店一直沒有這個服務，衞生間下水道還不下水，水也不熱，洗澡那裡積水嚴重根本不下水
