使用攜程10年以上，頭一次給人差評，這個酒店我沒去過，幫家裡長者預訂的，我定了2天酒店，之後又原房續住，因為晚上要去醫院陪護，所以選的原房入住，就是為了不換房間，省事兒。結果今天下午剛眯會兒，酒店打電話讓去續費，長者夢中驚醒，去前台詢問，態度也不好，應該是特別不好，我雖然不是當事人，我想奉勸酒店一句，我們預訂酒店花錢，無非就是想睡個安穩覺，你們連這個最基本的都提供不了，還能給客人什麼保障？你們自己沒查明白訂單，給客人帶來了不便，最後一副高高在上的狀態，如果你們的服務人員都是這種素質，酒店離倒閉也沒多遠！！！！！！

地理位置十分好，鬧中取靜。房間乾淨整潔，一樓有一個機器人，可以把客人預訂的外賣送到房間，安全放心。早餐比較豐富。性價比非常高。
