This homestay is a large and very beautiful guesthouse built in Bai architectural style. It is located at the periphery of the old town, about 10- 15 minutes walk from the old town east gate and Yujin bridge. Quiet and very peaceful. There is a pretty garden in front of the guesthouse, and a lovely sunlit room where breakfast is served. The breakfasts are delicious, I loved the pancakes! The young lady boss is very pleasant and polite and helped me arrange transport. I am so glad to have the opportunity to stay here.

There was a comfortable and spacious courtyard. So after I arrived, I would sit in the rocking chair in the courtyard every noon to bask in the sun and take a nap. It was simply the life of my dreams🤣 The boss usually spends more time in his own pharmacy. Each room is named after Chinese medicine. It's very interesting. It's a unique Bai ethnic minority residence. I also found the time of completion under the hall of the main house. Haha Every day when I wake up naturally, there is a dedicated grandma who cooks a bowl of delicious rice noodles for us. The ingredients are rich and the taste is even better than what I eat outside😋The grandma also lent me her small backpack to go to the market The most important thing is that the boss also asked his father, a Chinese medicine doctor, to help me feel my pulse for free (he is a very powerful and famous doctor), so I decisively grabbed the medicine and sent it home😏 This time we only had Shaxi as a stop, but I was super satisfied. Danggui definitely added a lot of points. I will continue to choose it next time 🤭

It is 100 meters away from the east entrance of Shaxi Ancient Town. It is easy to access and has its own parking lot, suitable for self-driving tourists.
