This hotel is so lovely! It is situated right in the middle of old Shaxi village, in a very calm street, so there is no noise from outside. The garden is stunning. The rooms are luxurious. the staff, despite not speaking English, was nice. I enjoyed so much having tea with the guests in the garden. I recommend this hotel!

Warm boss and great place to stay. Excellent location and room was well put together. The bed was so comfortable, glad I stayed for an extra night. Fantastic place to have as your base. Will definitely come back.

Shaxi is really very comfortable. Hotels and B&Bs are all wooden houses with small yards. I arrived relatively late. The location of the B&B is very easy to find. It is also built in the courtyard in the center of the ancient town. It is also very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water. The rooms are clean and tidy. If you park, you have to stop at the visitor center. It’s not far from the B&B. The price/performance ratio is very high. I’ll come back next time!
