體驗感很不好！看評論本來期待很高，沒想到剛辦入住就要接收老闆娘的抱怨，一臉不情願説本來要拒絕我這單的，想不賣給我的，攜程私自調價賣這麼便宜她都不想賣……巴拉巴拉，説了好幾遍！房間在4樓，沒有電梯，我説能不能和我一起搬一下行李箱，她又是萬分不情願的樣子（完全沒有評論説的老闆娘熱情或者搬行李之類的）。房間沒有對外的窗户，是個很小的氣窗對着走廊，洗手枱底部漏水。房間沒有一次用品，問老闆娘要紙巾她説我們就是不提供的。問她要兩瓶礦泉水，她説她要去接孩子了晚點送來，那個臉臭啊！我説自己賣了個低價房不至於這樣吧？！沒多久水送來了。晚上發現門鎖反鎖保險完全轉不動以為壞了，老闆娘來弄了一會兒才好，否則晚上真的太不安全了！關於床品：不是一客一換的，被子下面都是毛髮。洗手間衹有一個燈，洗澡的區域比較暗。總之，不推薦！

基本還算滿意的 老闆娘服務特別好 免費停車的 走的時候老闆娘來給開門 走就可以了 衞生間非常大 挺滿意的 來的時候我找不到地方 老闆娘也讓人接我 帶我停車了 真的服務很滿意

老闆娘人超級好，我愛人鼻炎流鼻血，污染了床單，老闆娘雷厲風行就給換了床單，順便給我們亂七八糟的床整理整齊了，次日續住也是找老闆娘説，她們家真的做到了一人一換，乾淨利落的清潔，頂樓可以晾衣服，免費停車。感謝老闆娘幫我們暫存行李，謝謝！劍川很好，以後還來。
