The hotel management is superb. From the front desk to the guest room, from the restaurant to the gym, the waiters greeted me with a smile and warm greetings. After arriving at the hotel, she first helped me upgrade the garden view room to the river view twin room on the third floor (the area is the same, the difference should be the floor height), and then took the shuttle bus to send me to the room. The little girl helped us carry the suitcase to the third floor alone, which was a great compliment🥹! The room is decorated very warmly, with a modern and ancient style, just like what is shown on the Internet. The only thing is that the tiles at the entrance and bathroom are mottled and feel that they can't be washed clean. The floor looks very comfortable but there is dust on it. Fortunately, after calling the front desk, the cleaning staff came to mop the floor quickly. As for the travel packages, since we came in the summer and brought a one-year-old baby, it was too hot outside, so the main places to play were the Gua Gua Park on the second floor of the lobby and the outdoor infinity pool (the scenery was great, the water was not dirty, and the pool was a little small). The noodles are not delicious. For dinner, we ate at the Yelu Restaurant. The Jiande dishes we ordered were OK. I didn't try the 120-person buffet dinner, so I won't comment on it.
