This time Ctrip didn’t disappoint me. I chose Ban Meiju Boutique Hotel. After I checked in, my partners were amazed. From the surrounding environment, to the reception of the little girl at the front desk, and the room facilities and sanitary conditions, it can be said that everything is good. Something went wrong. The new hotel opened last year, because it is close to the Xin'an River, the river view rooms can directly overlook the Xin'an River, which is considered a bright spot. The service is also amazing. Miss Lu at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to help deliver the luggage to the room. She also promptly resolved the needs during check-in. Knowing that our return journey is a long drive, she thoughtfully prepared mineral water for us when we left the store. The parking lot is very warm.

The first time I came to Qiandao Lake on business, in order to facilitate the return trip, I wanted to find the nearest hotel to Jiande Station. I drove on a bridge and saw the light sign of Kaiyuan Mingting. I only knew that the hotel was in the city center and walked to the local bustling pedestrian street in a few minutes. The hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, the stay is very good, and the parking is convenient.
Speaking of feelings, the front desk round service is very good, active and enthusiastic. The room resources are fully utilized, improving the experience of staying, and when borrowing the charger, it also provides intimate fruits, which is the era of service marketing.

I came to Qiandao Lake for self-driving in the last few days of Jinjiuyinten. I was not disappointed by staying in this hotel. After all, Novotel is a well-established French hotel. It is worth it. 1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify
2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge.
3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table.
4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

GGuest UserThis is a great place to retreat to if you want a bit of seclusion from the outside world. You need to arrange with the hotel to take a boat inside. Once inside you are greeted with a picturesque view of the hills nestling around the FuChun River that drains into Qianjiang in Hangzhou. The food is exquisitely simple and local. The chef is definitely a five star chef. You can take walks, hikes and bike rides. There’s a lot to do but if you just want to chill out, the tranquil landscape offers plenty of that. 毛毛 was particularly helpful in settling us in. We are very grateful to 毛毛 for such a smooth stay. You can communicate all your needs to this delightful girl and she will be on hand to help at the hotel.

MMattStray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in.
The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!
