The last minute itinerary was a pleasant surprise. Before check-in, the housekeeper Wenjing added me on WeChat and shared the time and location of various entertainment activities in the hotel, which was very convenient. I was particularly happy this time because the housekeeper helped me upgrade the room type. The mountain view suite has a very good view and a large balcony. It is very comfortable to come here in autumn. There are various entertainment activities in the hotel, which are very suitable for children. I have recommended it to many friends and will come back to play again if I have the chance.

This National Day trip to Jiande, Trip.com I booked this hotel very satisfied. I just booked it for more than an hour. The hotel butler (come to the hotel and know Xiaoyan) called to follow up and contact me, ask us what time to arrive, and also helped us upgrade the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very warmly received. Tell me what fun places are near the hotel, that restaurant is more delicious, this time I went to several hotels, everyone is most satisfied with the Peninsula Kaihao service image, next time I come to Jiande, I will book his home!

Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay.

It feels so cost-effective, and the double-bed room with a 1.35-meter double bed is booked at a very affordable price, which is great! The hotel's customer service is very friendly, the buffet breakfast is also good, and there is a swimming pool. It is very close to the riverside and can be reached by walking. Worth going again!

There are many parent-child interactive projects and water projects, go-karts, etc., but they are charged separately. The overall cost performance of the room is very high. The front desk upgraded the room type to a suite for 4 people. Dogs are allowed. The external environment is better. You can see the scenery by pushing the window. There is a forest oxygen bar. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. You can ask the chef to arrange pick-up and drop-off wherever you go. The price of the Chinese restaurant is not high, and the taste is satisfactory and worthy of the price, but the surrounding area is very desolate. There is no place to eat. You have to drive half an hour to Yanzhou Ancient City to eat, which is also a tourist attraction. It's good. The business is better in hot weather, there are many people, and the interactive activities are all open. The experience will be better. I feel that staying for 2 nights is the most suitable

Very pleasant living experience, the hotel environment is very good, the facilities are complete, there are many leisure activities, you can take a bath, play video games, draw umbrellas, draw fans, the surrounding scenery is also very beautiful, surrounded by green water and green mountains, it is also very comfortable to walk on the greenway. The housekeeper Jingjing's service is very professional and considerate, including the early communication to the store service and the help to book a car and a boat before leaving, which gave us a very good holiday experience. The hotel is in a great location, just by the Xin'an River, a 2-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. The hotel also has a message wall, tea brewing around the stove, and handmade tofu buns. The overall environment, hygiene, service, and management are all very good. I will come again next time.
