The room was very big and bright. I went late that day. The landlord has been waiting for me. The toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry. It is very good. The bedside lamp is very good. Complain about the indifferent attitude of the front desk staff. When I checked in, I changed the reserved double bed into a twin bed and asked to check the reservation. I answered perfunctorily that it was a twin bed.
At noon the next day, I went to the front desk again to talk about the room type. The two staff members were expressionless. They went through a round of computer work and finally confirmed that the reservation was for a double bed room, but there was no apologies. Although it was possible to change it to a queen-size bed, I didn’t change it because I didn’t want to go through the trouble because I had a lot of luggage. This unspeakable service attitude really affects the mood of the New Year.

GGuest UserThe hotel is the best hotel in Jianghua County. Vienna deserves to be a chain hotel. The service and hygiene are first-class. The hotel has breakfast, which is delicious. There is a special laundry room. Because the nail was split, the service attitude of the guy at the front desk was very good. Okay, bring your own nail clippers to the room. The service attitude is very good, because we are on a business trip, and if we really need it, they will do their best to help customers. I will stay here again on my business trip next year.

I came back from other places and stayed in many hotels in Jianghua. It was the first time to write a good review. I was really satisfied. Although I lived in a single room, the room was very spacious and clean. It was very comfortable to sleep at night. It's a female boss, she's kind, next time she goes home, she will continue to book, and I will look for this one in the future (forgot to take pictures). We are a whole love.

The little brother at the front desk was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to take us to the parking lot to find a parking space. The service was very good. The room was very large and beautiful, and the shower room was even equipped with hand sanitizer and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well this night. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Jianghua, I will choose the hotel.

GGuest UserThe train was delayed for more than an hour. It was almost midnight to Jianghua. I could book a room near the train station. I discussed check-out with Ctrip and Yuntianxiang Hotel. The results were the same. I couldn't refund a penny. I originally booked a room on Ctrip. I wanted to make a convenient reservation. The result was not paid.
