房間很大，設施全。房間給免費升級，變成河景房。大堂很氣派。由於當天到酒店己是晚上，錯過了特色下午茶時間。早餐豐富。

酒店外部看着是真的很不錯 在攜程上也是五鑽酒店。
前台服務也不錯給了升級。
奈何設施和後期服務差一點
第一間2209房空調製冷慢 酒店還是貼心的立刻換了一間，第二天一早看到有人來修了。
但第二間2210總控模式調燈光功能不行，
一早打掃阿姨可能忘了我們搬到2210突然進來了
房間裏沒有沐浴露
紙巾盒上有不明黑色長條物品
最後早餐 如視頻 九點吃的就準備這點 三星的水準
碟子還很多破損的 細節得好好把控不然顧客傷了怎麼辦
