Because I booked Fanjing Mountain the next morning, I saw that many people recommended accommodation and could consider staying in the Yunshe Scenic Area not far away. I accidentally searched for the Bai Bird Hall and booked it immediately. The temperature in Tongren in summer is hotter than other parts of Guizhou, but it is said that the scenic spot is small and exquisite, and the children have a great time in Shenlongtan. The overall layout and facilities of the hotel are very good, and you can see the management of the main person's intentions.
The room package includes dining. We chose to barbecue in the small courtyard. Thank you very much for the staff's careful preparation. During the communication, the staff learned that we were going to leave early the next morning, and offered to take the breakfast time half an hour earlier. We were very touched. The next day, I left the small courtyard and arranged a shuttle bus to pick us up to the parking lot. I was full of sincerity. The room is simple and comfortable. The store owner is very caring. When he learned that the customer was sunburned due to horse racing, he specially found cucumbers to help the customer cool down on his back. He also reminded the customer to pull down his clothes in time. There are tatami tea sets in the store, which is very convenient for guests to drink tea and chat. I wanted to go to Fanjing Mountain during the Dragon Boat Festival and chose to stay in Jiangkou County for the good food. Yueshan is really cost-effective. Before I even checked in, I called to inquire about my needs. When I checked in, I was upgraded to a suite because I was bringing an elderly person with me. The hotel's decoration style is elegant and warm, and the enthusiasm of the lobby security guy made us feel the warmth of family. GGuest UserThere is a large book wall in the hotel lobby. It should be very comfortable to sit here and read on a sunny afternoon, but unfortunately we encountered a rainy day. There is a large rest space on the third floor. If you need to use the computer at night, it is quite good to sit here without affecting the family's rest. The room was clean and hygienic. Breakfast was freshly made rice noodles with minced meat, steamed buns with dried bamboo shoots, eggs, etc. After a warm meal, we went hiking. The boss gave us hiking gloves and a raincoat, which was very considerate. When we came, there was construction next to the hotel and the road was a bit dusty. Fortunately, the car could be parked in front of the hotel, which was more convenient.

RRuliThis is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park.
The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel.
I would definitely recommend this place!

GGuest UserIt was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around.
We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023.

XXixuekeThis is a hotel with good environment, good location, relatively new facilities, good service and free parking. It is within a 10-minute walk from the Fanjingshan Scenic Area Visitor Center. We grabbed the Fanjingshan tickets that morning and rushed here after visiting the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. It was after 10 o'clock in the evening when we checked in, and the lady at the front desk was still waiting. There was a thunderstorm and heavy rain in the middle of the night when we arrived at the hotel. But it was quiet indoors and I had a good rest. The breakfast powder in the store is very good. I will stay in this store next time.

DdianFor the convenience of climbing Fanjing Mountain, I chose to live in Yunfu Village of Zhaisha Dong Village. This is a correct choice.
🚗 Transportation: You can take a taxi directly from Tongren Airport. It is very convenient to drive to Fanjing Mountain for 7 or 8 minutes.
🧹Hygiene: Surprisingly good. All aspects of cleaning are in place.
🍃Environment: Located at the back of Dongzhai, very close to the theater. The entire Dong Village is not too big, but every household is designed very distinctive, small and fresh.
🔔Service: The front desk brother is very gentle, patiently answer questions, and enthusiastically help design travel plans. Because I lived in a loft on the first day, I felt that it was not convenient to go to the bathroom, so I changed the room to the front desk, and then temporarily decided to stay one more night, so I stayed at his house for three nights and changed three room types. GGuest UserBeaaaaautiful guesthouse with a beautiful view on the mountain. Its very quiet and peaceful, about 10-15mins walk from the small village where the restaurants are.
The rooms are nicey designed and decorated, all by the owner himself. You can see he put a lot of love and effort in it.
The rooms we stayed in had a big window and terrace, so we woke up to the mountains and the many flowers they planted around the guesthouse which was really nice.
The owner and his family are super nice and helpful with everything.
Only thing that we didnt like too much are the disposable towels, guesthouse owner explained its for hygiene purpose, but still prefer towels that can be reused.
Breakfast is very simple as they run the place all on their own and dont have the capacity yet.

GGuest UserWe stayed in a special room, which was said to be small in size, but I thought it was okay. Except for the area where the bed was placed, which was close to the TV cabinet, it was quite spacious. I mainly go hiking and take a break, and this type of apartment is exactly what I want. If you stay for a few more days, you can enjoy the special price without any pressure. The boss understands the customer psychology very well. The dishes for dinner were cooked well, and I had the most authentic rice tofu since entering Guizhou (the book in the room said that the birthplace of rice tofu is Jiangkou) and mung bean powder. Based on visual inspection of various comprehensive conditions, the one closest to the gate of the scenic spot is the best.

CcnphoebeAlthough a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests.
There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way.
They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location.
Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.

It took three hours to reach the cableway and did not go to Mount Fanjing, but returned to the inn under the sun to help us get Huoxiangzhengqi liquid.
