Good hotel for business trip, food is nice, girls are lovely.

Good stay

The hotel is in a good location and has a high floor, but not all of the buildings are hotels, and some of them are rented out to other businesses. Fortunately, you can swipe your card to go upstairs, so the security is still OK! The hotel may be old, and the facilities are a bit outdated, but the high floor has a good view! The super-large bed is enough for a family of three, and the room is also large and spacious. The sanitation is not very careful. There is a poker box under our bed. It has its own charging cable and 3 interfaces, which is perfect. There is also a USB charging port, but the TV has no smart function, and you can't cast the screen with your phone, you can only watch TV programs! I temporarily upgraded to a riverside super-large bed room. The hotel gave 3 fruit and coffee coupons that can be exchanged for coffee at the Starbucks service point in the lobby. The service is very good! The staff at the coffee bar are also very enthusiastic and have a good attitude... But Jiangyin is not a tourist city, and there are not many guests. Most of them come to attend banquets!

During the Qingming Festival, I took the elderly and children back to my grandfather's hometown. I chose the Wyndham by the river. The river view king room has a good view, and the elderly feel great living there. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Ebizui Park, which is very convenient. Special thanks to Lucy at the front desk, the service is kind and patient. I booked a river view room and a twin room. When checking in, I told her that I wanted to be on the same floor. Lucy helped us check the room situation and finally found a suitable floor. The two rooms are very close, and it is very convenient for children to go back and forth between the two rooms. Lucy is also very attentive. It was my husband's birthday on the day of check-in. Lucy and her colleagues brought cakes, fruit baskets and sparkling wine to the room, which really made us feel the hotel's thoughtfulness! When I checked out the next day, the hotel also gave me water chestnut cakes and drinks, which is really very hospitable! I will stay here again when I come back!

This is my sixth time staying in this hotel. When I come to Jiangyin, I only stay at Wyndham Grand Hotel. The environment is good and comfortable. The river view room has a panoramic view.

I went back to my hometown to stay in the hotel again for the New Year, and it still felt so familiar! Just now my son said that he drank a can of Coke in the refrigerator last night and forgot to tell me. I immediately called the front desk to apologize and wanted to pay the fee. Thanks to the front desk attendant Xiao Ding for his enthusiastic response. Not only did he waive the fee, but he also welcomed me to stay next time. I apologize and thank you again!

It was my first time staying in Jiangyin. After checking, I chose Wyndham. It turned out to be the right choice. It is a five-star hotel. The rooms are reasonably laid out and fully equipped. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is soft. The experience is good. There are night lights with candles in the corridor at night. We were also given a dragon doll, a fruit platter, candy and chocolate, which made us feel very warm. In short, it is a good choice to stay in this hotel.

We stayed at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale for three nights during the Spring Festival. Thanks to Alston and Lucy at the front desk for their thoughtful service and for upgrading us to a river view room the next day. The breakfast and buffet dishes were rich and fresh. Next time I come to Jiangyin, I will choose this hotel again. It feels like home and it is a great experience!
