不能挑剔什麼，非常完美的精緻的園子。前台幫忙升級了家庭套房。晚上很安靜。是我喜歡的古色古香的園子。早餐也很好。

設施：宅子有很多種房間 古色古香
衞生：還是比較好的 就是建議吹風機換一下 頭髮太長了吹着有點慢hhh
環境： 傳統中式格局 一步一景 拍照蠻出片的
在這個價位的民宿 是做得很不錯的了
服務：貼心 我們到的比較晚也準備了點心茶水 早餐的種類也比較豐富 最後我把平板落在酒店了 也很耐心的幫我寄回 用心的推薦好吃的 好玩的地方

酒店就在朝陽樓外的迎暉街上，出門右轉3分鐘到臨安小火車站。左轉3分鐘到朝陽樓和小桂湖公園（美食眾多），非常方便。
老宅庭院佈置得十分雅緻，幽靜宜人，一草一木，一磚一瓦都可看出主理者的極度用心和巧思。庭院套房有兩卧兩衞，進門處的採光小天井裡擺着石桌石凳，再進去是一間小廳兼茶室，左手邊門裡是主卧，小廳正面卻是多扇木質落地窗，通向一個小小的露天花園，設計十分精巧。
卧室也是傳統中式風格，暗紅漆木地板，高背大床，寬大的書案配圈椅，頂上是木樑，站在書案前，透過窗扇看進小花園和白粉牆，午後的天光投進來，人在時光的搖曳中不覺恍惚。
感謝每一位服務的小哥小妹，非常温柔和貼心周到。
早餐豐盛，建水特色的草芽清湯米線讓人百吃不厭。

景色：街邊的招牌的確和實景不搭，進前台後真的很美，鳥語，魚池，玫瑰花，真的太美啦！實景比商家的圖片更好，出乎意料！
衞生：院子裏一點垃圾都看不到，而且書房看看書，書架也是一塵不染，空氣很清透舒服。
公區：很開闊，面積很大不窄，公區陽光很充足很喜歡！還有免費茶葉和水果，茶葉聽説200多塊一斤，賺到哈哈
服務：每位服務員都很熱情，幫提行李，幫忙曬衣服，介紹景點，贊贊贊！
位置：就是古城裡，去哪裡都很方便離街邊也遠，不吵！
房間：古香古色，中式風格，很有特色，園林風格，就像在家一樣的感覺
總結：非常值，下次還來。祝生意興隆！

酒店離朝陽門很近，步行5分鐘可到，打車去哪裡也方便，附近的吃的也很多，巷口就有一家買特產的，玫瑰醋很好喝。
老宅的環境很出片，建議來這家百年老宅體驗大小姐生活的一天。
