酒店位置很好，附近有一個大型商場、觀光火車的起始車站、一條老街的街口（另一個街口就是古城的東門），以及一嗨/神州的租車店。距離古城東門、十七孔橋以及鄉會橋都不遠。
酒店大堂有咖啡機和微波爐供自助使用。

這家民宿是我遊雲南最滿意的一家民宿！首先按時接站，幫我們把行李箱送房間。環境衞生服務都非常非常的好，離古城僅幾十米距離，離小/火車站也就百米距離。去哪裡都特別方便。性價比簡直是超高！前台每天都有新鮮水果招待我們，代買小火車票，代租電動自行車。總之一切的一切都如在家的感覺方便自在。所以我要隆重的推薦這家民宿。

位置好，停車 出行方便，帶小朋友出門家庭房的茶几非常實用👍🏿老闆熱情好客，主動幫忙提行李，前台有水果自取，礦泉水也是自取，很方便。下次到建水還住這裏👍🏿
