Family-friendly Hotels in Jianyang

Because I had to stay in Tianfu for one night on a business trip, I chose this hotel. It has free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient! Although it is an old hotel, it has an excellent location in the city center. The hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the service is very good. The room provides disposable toilet seats and three-head chargers. These small details are really great! Before the trip, I added WeChat with Xiao Gao, the front desk of the hotel. If I have any problems, I can find her and get them solved in time. The service is warm and thoughtful. I have a good stay experience even if I stay for a short time!

The location is really great, especially if you are transiting through Chengdu. The hotel is located in the airport, making it a quick and easy walk. However, as was the case throughout Chengdu, it was extremely difficult to communicate with hotel staff as they didn’t understand English, which would be so important given the vast nationality of customers who would book to stay.

Transport from airport to hotel facilitated very well and very reliable! The hotel room was clean, neat and tidy. However, there wasn’t any cups to put boiled water from the kettle provided in the room. Hot water for washing and bathing also very efficient. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing as there wasn’t much variety, except for the hard boiled eggs. The hotel desk staff also showed professional and polite service. Their driver very willingly offered to help with my luggage. Very gentlemanly attitude. Travelling time from airport to hotel was about 10mins or so. This hotel highly recommended. Great Hotel for staying nearby the Chengdu Airport. The service is great. Breakfast has variety. Room size is good. View outside is nice. The free shuttle bus service from Airport to Hotel is convenient for those who arrive late especially Midnight. Comfortable rooms. Not far away from Airport. Complementary transfer between Hotel and Airport. If you want to go outside to try some Food - please prepare Cash or have WeChat Pay or Ali Pay installed and activated in advanced. Basically Excellent, Superb, Fantastic, Outstanding and Mind-blowing.

Hotel looks new with a spanking grand lobby. Welcomed by friendly receptionists. The room that was given to me was spacious, clean and filled with amenities that you need. It takes about thirty mins to reach from the airport by car. To get to the city, getting to the high speed train station takes about fifteen minutes by car and then less than 20 mins to the city via the high speed train. The check out process was easy. Also the group of receptionists was one of the friendly bunch I have ever seen. I would rate this hotel stay a lovely one.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The location is indeed a bit remote. It is inconvenient to buy things. There are building materials and cars around. The hotel environment is really good, the decoration is also very good, the room is clean and tidy, and there is a small degree in the room. Quite satisfied. The breakfast is average, but the price is quite reasonable. The noodles are really vegetarian noodles, with fried eggs, and some breakfast buns that should be frozen. Overall, I am quite satisfied

It was a very pleasant stay. Xiao Liao contacted us in advance to arrange the room. He was very warm and friendly. The animals in the pet park were very cute. The hotel also had a lot of activities. Booked the hotel to spend night to transfer at Tuanfu airport. The location is great. The staff are very helpful, gave details on when and where to wait for shuttle. The driver helped out with suitcase and brought us breakfast the next day when we headed out for an early flight. The hotel has a big and beautiful garden. Room is clean and cozy. The only thing to complain is there is no elevator. There are many small steps/stairs to get to the room. It's pretty hard to carry suitcase. Other than that, it's a great choice to stay.
