The hotel room is very nice for 3. They have free shuttle service to n fro airport as well as railway station. Will book this hotel in future if visiting chengdu again.

New modern hotel near airport that accept foreign tourists. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Need to confirm the shuttle bus with reception for pick up or departure, if you miss the time must re-call. Room is clean and spacious for family or 3 pax. Bed very comfortable. There's usb ports for charging, so convenient. Water pressure strong and water hot enough during winter. We didn't manage to take breakfast, but reception provide simple take away breakfast. There are stalls opposite the road for dinner. Hotel also have a small convience store. Since its a new location, not much place to walk around.

Service was great, and the environment was pleasant. The interior design makes a guest feel peaceful.

The hotel was new , very clean and nice room👍. Their service staffs were friendly. This is a new developed area, the location cannot be captured by GPS, the grab driver has a hard time locating it.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. Before arrival I didn’t see any free airport transfer information. Traveler should wait at Departure hall gate 12 in order to get the free shuttle from TF airport to the hotel.

Great modern hotel for good price that’s perfect for layovers at Chengdu Tianfu airport. We enjoyed the free shuttle both ways and it comes every 30 minutes. Our room was cozy and brand new modern tech and a great shower.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel last night. Because I was transiting at Tianfu Airport, I booked a room at midnight, but the whole hotel experience was very good. First of all, I would like to thank Xiao Wu, the front desk customer service, for her warm reception. When I checked in, Xiao Wu patiently answered various airport pick-up questions for me and carefully arranged a quiet suite for me. She also gave me a breakfast voucher so that I could enjoy a hearty breakfast during the transit, which touched me very much! Like it, hehe. What surprised me even more was that the hotel's airport pick-up service was very thoughtful. After arriving in Chengdu, I only needed to make an appointment in advance, and the driver showed up at the airport on time to pick me up. The bus environment was clean and very comfortable to ride. On the return trip, the same pick-up service allowed me to catch the flight easily without any pressure. The whole process was arranged in an orderly manner, which fully demonstrated the hotel's professionalism and dedication! ! ! In addition, the hotel's facilities also impressed me. The room was very comfortable, in line with the consistent high standards of the Four Seasons, and the sanitary conditions were also very good. In general, I was very satisfied with this stay experience, especially Xiao Wu's service, which made me feel at home. I will be transiting in Tianfu on Friday, and I will choose to book another hourly room here to rest!

There are many restaurants downstairs. It is still very lively after arriving at 11 o'clock in the evening, and it is very comfortable to have a midnight snack. The hotel is far from the airport, about half an hour away, but there are buses every half an hour, which is very convenient. It is very quiet at night.
