Shengtai Muxueshan Yi Hotel (Chengdu Tianfu International Airport) Reviews

Hotel provide free airport shuttle service to pick up and drop off for 24 hours. Very convenient for overnight transit travelers. The rooms interior with modern design, clean and comfortable. This hotel is not facing the main road, Pro is quite environment, and con is a short walking distance to food street.

Overall the hotel is tidy and clean, the front desk service were friendly and polite. Hotel should be honest to their transport service from airport to hotel. It stated the service is 24 hours but I was told it wasn’t available after 2 am. Nevertheless, the hotel did pay for the didi(taxi fare) from airport to hotel.

It was a lovely and short stay. The location of the hotel is around 15 minute drive from the airport. Very convenient that they provide pickup and drop off service. People were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staffs, airport pick up after 20 minutes call. Airport dropped off the next day too.

Stayed here to catch a sleep before my flight. Lovely hotel by the river and the room was perfect.

Stayed for 1 night as a layover. Nice rooms and in an area with lots of places to eat. Chinese breakfast was good and waitresses were friendly. Airport pick up and drop off was perfect and took under 15 mins.  I had problems not being able to use my debit card or WiFi (I am from UK). But the girls at reception were very nice and helpful and we communicated via Google translate.  If you are not from China I would recommend paying for the hotel online, bringing cash and buying a mobile data package to let you roam internet abroad.  Only downside was the room smelt a bit (from the drains).

Good hotel near the airport for one night.

I guess the main reason why we stay here was close proximity to the Tianfu airport. They do provide free shuttle airport-hotel. it's about 12 min ride by car from airport. I arrived around 1230 am, call them up to arrange airport pick up which they did. Since my next flight was around 520pm, they automate extended my check out to 2pm. it's a very small setup hotel. Room and bathroom are clean and neat. This place is quite with very little traffic make me sleep well. It's located in a small village/town with some foods store walking distance. In front of the hotel, there is a nice river view. Most local China hotel are not English-friendly type. Breakfast was provided in next building but very simple chinese type.

This hotel provides airport transfer services which is a plus point . The front desk is very helpful . It is located in a small town nearby airport whereby you could easily get food surrounding the hotel .

Good service! Staff are helpful and will stay again :)

The driver was very good when I was in transit and also provided pick-up and drop-off. The front desk gave me a free upgrade and gave us a small Sichuan face-changing gift. I really hope everyone can come and experience this hotel, but I'm afraid there will be too many people. We didn't have a room when we came. Hahaha, but I still wish the store a prosperous business. I strongly recommend their pillows. They are super comfortable. I want to buy one when I leave. I can also report one for sleeping.

My sister and I booked the cheapest king-size room. Overall, it was of moderate size. The room we entered was just cleaned, and the floor was a little wet. We reported it to the front desk, and they immediately changed our room. The problem was solved in a timely manner! Summary 🏠Room facilities: There is no door blocking the shower room, which may be due to the smallest room 📍Location and transportation: The location is very quiet by the river. It may be a little difficult to find by car, but it is very convenient with free shuttle! From the location, this is a reconstruction of an old factory building in the village in the city, but the airport itself is also renovated in this way 🍃Service: The problems mentioned above were solved in a timely manner. I also asked the front desk to get an extra room card to get electricity. There is also a special car to take guests to Tianfu Airport. The reorganization starts at 05:00 in the morning. We took a 07:20 flight to Xining, and took the first 05:00 bus directly to Tianfu Airport. Tianfu is really big! This morning, the whole car was full. The driver helped us pack our luggage and put it on the car.
