I checked in with my baby at 12:30, and the air conditioner was still being repaired at 2:00. The air conditioner had been on for more than an hour, but the room temperature was still 27 degrees. They didn't even offer to change the room for the customer, and they asked a technician to repair it at 2:00 in the morning. It was ridiculous! This was the worst experience ever.
