The hotel is situated in a remote area, likely due to the new airport nearby. While the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, there was a slight smell of smoke. The convenience of airport pickup and drop-off is a definite plus, especially in such a remote location. We arrived at midnight and found no restaurants nearby, so we went to bed hungry, relying on the snacks we had brought. The hotel advertised breakfast included, but when I went to the lobby at 7:00 AM, I was disappointed to find only soy milk and watermelon (which was lying open from midnight) nothing else available. I waited over 30 minutes with no staff in sight. By 8:00, I decided to venture out to buy some fruit from nearby shops. In a remote area like this, it would be better not to advertise breakfast if it’s so limited. Had we known, we would have come prepared rather than going to catch our flight by 11.00 on an empty stomach. What was offered felt more like snacks (soy milk and Buns) than a proper breakfast.

Overall, the room had a strong smoke smell and ashes were found on the floor around our bed. The toilet was not properly cleaned, found stains on the toilet seat and not flushed with smell. We have given our opinions to the front desk, hopefully they will improve their cleanliness of their rooms for future customers. Otherwise, it is 15mins drive to the airport and free airport transport is available from 6am.

I booed this hotel because I want to sleep just 3-4 hrs before my trip. I will arrive at 02.00a.m. at Tianfu airport and this hotel support a pickup ride from airport to hotel but guest has to book a ride in advance. So I noticed the hotel before I flew to Chengdu about approximate time I will arrive. And the hotel told me to renotice via wechat after I arrived at TFU airport. So I renoticed after I arrived. The hotel did not respond yo wechat. I tried a telephone call,but she could not understand English,do she hang up. I contacted Trip, they said it took 2 hours for operate. I asked airport information center to all the hotel and the hotel tell where I should wait for ang it take another half an hour.I arrived at the hotel about 4 +a.m. And I ask for morning call at 7a.m.,but the hotel knock on my door at 7.30a.m.

It's convenient for a late arrival or early flight. Next to the airport and the pick-up/drop off worked well. The bedroom was small but comfy. Enough for what I needed.

The time at the hotel was excellent. Picked up at the airport, then a most comfortable room with bathroom. Wang Hai Tao was exceptional at the reception; he looked after me very well. He was the most kind organising my trip back to the Airport and even my evening meal. Although Wang could speak little or no English, he was always able to help. Good service and clean, 15 Min from Airport by car

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is really great. It is near the airport and can be picked up and dropped off 24 hours a day. The price-performance ratio is super high! The room is clean and tidy, and I am not afraid to fly from Tianfu Airport in the future.

It is about 10 minutes by car from the airport. I arrived at the airport at dawn and the hotel had a driver pick me up for free. The next morning he drove me back to the airport for free. The front desk staff was very blunt but provided all the services I needed.

The car picked us up at the BTS station exit. We arrived late at night and almost everything around was closed. At first, I felt bad because we couldn't communicate and had to translate the language. The room on the ground floor was very good, clean, and didn't smell like cigarettes. The shampoo was very good. We slept comfortably. In the morning, the car took us to the airport. I felt bad because all the bags were big. The service was very good. I recommend this place. The room for 3 people didn't take any pictures, but my friend liked it very much. The room was very good, new, and clean.

The service at Home Inn Four Seasons Hotel Tianfu International Airport Lujia Branch is really great. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, smart sound control and blackout curtains, which is a very good experience. The hotel provides a rich breakfast with steamed buns, eggs and soy milk, which is nutritious and delicious. Moreover, the 24-hour free airport pick-up service is really convenient, especially for passengers who are catching early flights, which saves a lot of trouble. The friendly attitude of the staff and the thoughtful service make the whole stay experience more pleasant. If there is a chance next time, I will definitely choose here again.

I went to Chengdu to play and was about to fly home. The airport subway station car picked up and dropped off, the owner was warm and hospitable, the room was smart and comfortable, and there was breakfast. It was very cost-effective and close to the airport. There was even smart voice control!

Ten minutes from the airport and far from everything 🤣 So if you want to go out for fun, it’s a good place to stay if you have to catch a flight on the last day. It’s not recommended to stay there directly on a daily basis. It takes more than an hour to take a taxi to the city and you’ll be exhausted. The location of the store is remote and the door is very small. I suspected that I was in the wrong place many times. However, the room is equipped with smart appliances. It is very user-friendly and novel. The appearance score is not high, but the room is great. At more than NT$600 a day, CP Straight is good. It also comes with breakfast (but I didn’t get breakfast because I had to catch a flight) and will be shuttled to the airport, which is very suitable for passengers who have a flight the next day.
