酒店還可以，前台服務員極其缺乏誠信，預訂的是豪華大床房，由於到達時間較晚，衹剩下一間靠電梯的房間了，擔心靠電梯太吵，就想退了重新訂個行政大床，但原先的房間無法退訂，前台工作人員説免費升級一下，原本還挺高興，結果出了電梯一看，還是在電梯口，而且還是豪華大床，就是給的剩下那一間（因為這個酒店是公司合作的協議酒店，對各種房型比較瞭解），這種撒謊的行為在一個五星級酒店也不嫌丟人。

The hotel is very close to the airport and the room is quite big. Eli from the front desk provided great service and took the initiative to ask if I was comfortable staying here. Wang from the concierge department saw that I was carrying large luggage and took the initiative to push a luggage cart for me. He was very thoughtful and I will stay here again next time.
