乾淨整潔，停車方便。
所訂房型較大，有2台空調，落地窗。窗外小河對面就是西塘。出門20米過了小橋就進入西塘景區。
對寵物真心友好。
入住時户外近40℃，見店家打開門讓外面幾衹流浪小狗進來避暑，很善良。

店員人很好，服務很周到，我們帶了小朋友提前幫留好了車位，離西塘很近很近，晚上五點後就能免費進景區玩了

酒店環境非常好，院子特別大純江南風格徽派建築。房間非常安靜，而且離西塘入口特別近，他家有小路可以直達檢票口。他家是兩個項目在一起的前台在現代風格的那一棟裏面。他家提供早餐早餐也非常的豐富。而且還有下午茶。
