幫父母預訂的。入住要去旁邊四季酒店大堂辦理。另外不知道是温泉水還是房間衞生問題，父母住了一晚回來渾身起紅疙瘩…謹慎選擇

設施：很喜歡戲曲風格，酒店裡麪的音樂都很好聽，可以告知下電視機開機的音樂是什麼嗎？
衞生：乾淨整潔，適合帶小朋友
環境：特別好，就想窩在房間裏泡温泉
服務：前台和網上的雲寶服務都很好

房間很大，小黃鴨主題房也很棒，娃娃們玩的很開心。温泉人好多，就是衞生差點意思。8608房間有個超大的浴缸 小朋友們還可以在裏面泡湯

酒店房間不錯，還有個大大的浴池
，就是酒店開發不完全，有些走道光線昏暗。
其他方面都不錯工作人員很熱情。
温泉的話天色太晚，沒泡幾個池，有些池子温度偏低。
總體來説還不錯。

前台服務很好，週中過來住，升級到了泓璟四季酒店，房間寬敞明亮，藍色的新中式戲曲主題房間跟靜謐舒適。房間暖氣很足，在寒冷的冬季也很暖和。房間有私湯泡池，也可以去温泉中心泡湯，有接駁車很方便，早餐種類豐富
