It’s nice and clean. It’s perfect to relax or for a business trip. The food is tasty, great location and friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit old but cleanliness and location of hotel is okay.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

I took my daughter to Jiaxing for a four-day trip. I booked the Ramada Hotel and was very satisfied with it in every aspect. The service was very good. I plan to stay here next time I come to Jiaxing. I visited relatives and many meaningful places, and experienced farm life. A very comfortable and relaxing May Day trip.

The room is large and the surrounding area is very convenient. It is an old four-star hotel with a very high cost performance.

The location of the hotel is good, suitable for driving, and parking is convenient. It's not far from Nanhu Jiaxing Museum. Breakfast can also be eaten in northern and southern flavors. But the girl guarding the breakfast room is very fierce. When checking in, I clearly asked to report the room number or swipe the room card, but she didn't let me report the room number at the breakfast door. It's really that the county magistrate is not as good as the current management. I feel that she should be retrained in service skills. She is annoying others in the morning. If you are not satisfied with the service, call the girl guarding the breakfast room!
