We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Very clean and new hotel! Hotel breakfast was complete with desserts (mini cakes). We would like to complement the hotel staff team especially Mr 李彬杰! He was very attentive and patient to our needs to make our stay a very pleasant, comfortable and a memorable one! 佳！

The second time I came to the environment, I didn’t have to say that the ordinary room was very spacious and smart. I took a bath and washed my hands for a second. Hot water is really love, especially in winter. The TV can also cast screens. This time I ate breakfast. There are quite a lot of noodles. It can be a kind of noodles machine that will taste very delicious. People sent takeaways, air conditioning, drying and sent humidifiers. I stayed for two nights and asked for scissors at the front desk. I opened the door and saw the aunt trot all the way. It was really enthusiastic. I went to the foot bath on the 4th floor. It was also good to recommend 👍👍

The front desk service is very good, the items are also very complete, you can ask for anything you lack, the front desk lady will take the initiative to help send it up, thank you very much. The room is a bit small in the bed, but it is barely enough to stay for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. But I have to complain, the towels are too old and dirty, although it is not useful to go out, but such old towels are estimated to be seen in a small county in Tibet. Last week, I went to Henan to play in a small hotel. It was much cleaner than this towel.

Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

The landlady is very welcoming, the room is very spacious, and the extra bonus is the towel for bathing once. It's very close to Xitang and easy to get in and out! The boss also recommended a small shop for breakfast and dinner which is great. When you open the window along the river in the morning, the scenery is pretty good👍

We have been assigned to Room 67 under Mo Mo De Jia (默默的家)! How lucky to have such a helpful and kind owner and we truly felt the hospitality! We arrived at WuZhen at 1am (due to flight delay and long journey) and our owner still helped us with luggages in her sleepwear (we felt so sorry). Mrs owner always check on us and we felt like home. They prepared us delicious wholesome breakfast and also helped us in booking the following day's Morning Tea 早茶客 session. All the people there were so kind and one of my best experiences in China is the one in Wuzhen. The ancient town is so beautiful, enchanting and peaceful with kind people around us. Nice riverside view from our room too! Oh ya, the hair dryer in our room was awesome!

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

Beautifully decorated and spotless The Inn is just 1 minutes walk from the Wuzhen West No2 entrance. The entire property, including the sitting area, breakfast room, and the room we stayed in were spotlessly clean. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in around noon as we arrived early. Our room faced the Main Street in front of the Inn but it wasn’t noisy. The room had good AC, and even electric mosquito repellent for those who want to ensure that mosquitoes are not around. ( there wasn’t any in our room). The water pressure was good, and the toilet was well designed and maintained. Our mattress was placed on a low platform. It was ok for us to get up, but may be challenging for those with weak knees or legs. Bedsheets were clean and crisp. The room didn’t have any smell or felt stuffy. We bought the breakfast during check in for ¥20 pp, it was a great value as the good was plentiful and delicious. ( the other restaurants around the block all served traditional Chinese breakfast and seemed a bit heavy for us. Absolutely joy to stay at Eryou , and we highly recommend this place.

It is great to stay in such a wonderful hotel. The room is clean and cosy. Anyway, the femal receptionist at the service customer area near the ticket box and the girl who is in charge of our check-in should be more professional by at least smiling at us when we need help. They were just so annoying. Just one thing that made our trip less intersting. Other things were perfect.
