The hotel is next to the train station BUT not the jiayuguan south which is where all the high speed trains depart. The city has almost no public transport so getting a didi or taxi is a must unfortunately. I Don't understand what's wrong with the hotel interior designer. why the hell did he choose to put a clear glass door for the bathroom. If you wanna take a sh*t your roomate will know AND SEE, like #***. We highly reccomend to visit Wei Jin tombs which are extremely unique, rural and very different from the typical chinese tourist spot. (and for some reason no chinese go there the place was literally empty)

If you need late night/early morning train from Jiayuguan railway station this is a good choice. Nice staff.

I liked it very much. Cozy, clean and spacious room. Above-average friendly staff. They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

Staff said that they had non smoking rooms but this is not true, every room they showed us had an ahstray. they also had a nice coffee machine but no coffee, which made our hearts bleed and our heads explode. breakfast decent, rooms reasonably clean.

Great location if you need to travel by train, however, the side facing the railway station is very noisy. Rooms and corridor stank of smoke, but the service was great. Breakfast is okayish.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite Jiayuguan Station, which is very convenient. I got off the train very late at night and had to go to Jiayuguan Pass early the next morning, so I stayed here for one night. It was ok.
