The location is very good to find, the front desk called in advance to reserve a parking space, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and also sent welcome fruit. The seafood hot pot eaten upstairs in the hotel at night tastes good, the ingredients are very fresh, the only downside is that the waiter in the restaurant does not know if he is in a bad mood. The hotel is good and can accommodate tour groups. The room is equipped with a computer. It was said that there was a welcome fruit plate, but what I saw were snacks (not bad). However, there were too many people in the tour group, the breakfast was noisy, the dishes were robbed when we arrived late, and many people were wasting food. It was really not easy for the hotel. The parking lot in front of the door is large.

Jiayuguan Hotel chose this newly opened All Seasons Hotel. The newly opened environment is naturally good and the overall hygiene is very good. The wash basin is close to the clothes hanger on the right hand side when entering the door. If you put something under the clothes hanger, it will easily get wet. Not long after entering the room, I met another guest who swiped his card to enter the room. Fortunately, he didn't take a shower at that time, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. The morning at nine o'clock was a bit ordinary, but fortunately there was porridge to fill my stomach.

Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. The hotel was very comfortable, the service was proactive and thoughtful, when they saw there were children, they took the initiative to bring children's slippers and toothbrushes, and gave tea as soon as they came in. Iian_smashThe hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Plenty of shops and convenient stores around. Though we only ate at the restaurant (L3) located in the same building as the hotel which is very handy. Food was delicious. Breakfast is ok. Just a quick bite to keep you going. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Did an overnight stay as that is sufficient enough for visiting the sights. Would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, big and clean, but the price was a bit expensive at 400, making it the most expensive hotel on this trip to the Hexi Corridor. The hotel is in a great location, probably in the city center of Jiayuguan, with a shopping mall next to it. We had dinner at Master Wang's Mutton Soup Restaurant on the recommendation of the front desk lady. The mutton broth and mutton tripe broth were both delicious, especially the stir-fried lamb liver.

GGuest UserDuring the National Day holiday, I took advantage of the children's holiday and the weather was not hot and chose to travel to Gansu-Dunhuang-Jiayuguan. When traveling from Dunhuang to Jiayuguan, I stayed at Starway Hotel. Because it is a chain, I want to guarantee the quality. After checking in, the room was clean and the front desk service was good. It was very good. There were small red flags and snacks for children. It was during the National Day and the children were very happy to have them. There was mineral water on the tea bar and I took a lot of them when I left.

JJessicaFirst let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

GGuest UserLocated in the scenic area of Guancheng, the environment is good. Make no mistake, the difference between Guancheng and Guancheng is two scenic spots. You can order takeout, write the address yourself, and the guy will deliver it directly to your room. The room is quite large, but the service is basically non-existent. The environment is generally hygienic and the equipment is average. There is no hand sanitizer or towels in the bathroom sink. There is a small courtyard in the room, but it has not been taken care of for a long time. It provides an opportunity for my son to watch ants move food. Overall it's okay.
