The hotel is built on a mountain and the air is fresh. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the wallpaper is relatively new. The hotel service is excellent. Someone helped with luggage from the moment we arrived at the door. We were waiting patiently with you during the check-in time. Breakfast is cheap and doesn't have many varieties, but it's definitely enough to fill you up. The fried rice noodles are quite delicious. There are many parking lots and parking is convenient.

very good. The front desk is very welcoming. It's very close to the second food stall at the front of the car. It's a quick ride on an electric bike. There are no shared electric vehicles in Beijing at all. This is really convenient in the south. There is free mineral water in the refrigerator on the first floor. There are also shops selling cigarettes and alcohol at the door. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Jieyang.

YYoyoyclOverall a wonderful stay. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, help to arrange us rooms that were close to each other as we have booked 2 rooms. Breakfast wise, they provided a good variety of local cuisines and western food, value for money. Room interior is my fav, simple, cozy and huge, with chinese tea set and local tea leaves, even the toiletries are uniq uely collaborate with local brands. Location wise, close to high speed railway but not town area, no eateries around but you can order food delivery.

GGuest UserI didn't expect that the best hotel experience in Guangdong would be in Puning. The hotel has a considerate pick-up service. The front desk lady is very warm and enthusiastic. She offers sweet water and answers questions. She greets you from a distance every time you come back from outside. The decoration is very new. You can see that when designing the room, the boss has put in a lot of thought to improve the comfort of the guests. Although there is a KTV downstairs, I live on the 7th floor and my rest is not affected at all.

RReqingdesala酒店總體超預期，真的很好。去機場感覺就是轉個彎就上客運大樓了，幾分鐘就到。設施很不錯，電動窗簾、小米電視（很多免費劇）、床品很好。酒店在登崗鎮的一個老街上，買東西方便，查了市中心9路公交可以到。不過揭陽不推薦坐公交（除了去博物館可以考慮），要等很久，經常不守時，明明站牌寫8：30-6：30，結果人家5點多就收班了，等我有空走民事程序。 8點多的飛機，7點出頭吃個早飯再出發也穩的很，太完美。

SSe YungWe are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.

Because we didn't like the noise, the front desk changed us to a quieter room on the first day. When we arrived, we saw some quilts, but we were worried about freezing. After complaining, the front desk said they had heating, but they still gave us extra quilts. We booked a package that included breakfast. There were quite a lot of breakfast options and the time was quite long (from 7 to 10 o'clock. In fact, some of them were eaten after 6 o'clock that day). In short, every time there is something that needs to be handled by the hotel, the hotel staff will actively respond and solve it. This is worthy of five stars. In addition, the great thing is that there is a restaurant, KTV, and cinema in the same building, which is very convenient. So highly recommended!
