Greeting at reception was good. Room was good and comfortable. There was very few people in the hotel so I assume it was a quiet time for tourists in Jihlava. Breakfast was good but we thought it would be better when the hotel was busy/ Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it good value and it was in the centre of Jihlava.

Zimmer: Bett mittel bis hart / Bad gut mit Badewanne / es handelt sich hier um doppelte Fenster, die sich bis auf die Dachluke alle öffnen können, sie haben keine Fliegengaze. Parkplatz: Garage kann genutzt werden (8,20 €), auf der Straße kann in der blauen Zone geparkt werden (8,00 €); in der Nähe gibt es noch ein Parkhaus Frühstück: ein gutes Frühstück mit süß und deftig Restaurant: keines vorhanden WLAN: sehr schwach / instabil auf dem Zimmer Personal: sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit Lage / Ruhe: grundsätzlich nachts ruhig, liegt aber an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, daher kann es hin und wieder zum typischen Rumpeln kommen.

Notre séjour s est bien passé et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le hall de l hôtel est à revoir pour l égayer un peu car il fait un peu belle endormie.
Les chambres sont très propres mais notre lit faisait du bruit. Nous avons très bien dormi quand même. La salle de bain était très propre mais la Vmc très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner était servi dans une très belle pièce et le personnel veillait a notre confort. L hôtel est de qualité et l ascenseur facilitait les déplacements . Le garage fermé est un plus.

Pro. - excellent front desk service - nice old building Con. - small tiny single room - very poor breakfast buffet with very few choices - extremely small garage and not enough for all guests - poor window isolation, lots of noises from outside till midnight

A very nice hotel, I have stayed there on several trips. Afternoon-evening is the best of any hotel I have seen. Even went outside to show me how to unlock front door after hours.
