Hanting Hotels in Jilin City

During the Chinese New Year, I went back to my hometown to stay. The service did not have to say that Jilin people were really enthusiastic. The environment is almost the same. First of all, the room is not soundproof, the upstairs is noisy next door, and the windows are not good, not soundproof. The windows facing the street are closed and not closed. The specialty is noisy. Did not eat here, I don't know how breakfast is. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, there is handmade, and it is OK.

This Hanting Hotel is very close to Jilin Railway Station. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, the front desk lady greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were also very enthusiastic and provided great service.

First off, the elevator didn't require a key card to operate, so the security could definitely be improved. Everything else was great, especially the pillows! As someone who's very picky about pillows, the ones in the room were perfect for sleeping, haha. The front desk staff were all very attentive and thoughtful, and there was even a Jilin City travel guide posted on a pillar at the front desk. The location is also very convenient, close to Henan Street, the morning market, and the riverside, making it easy to walk around and shop. The soundproofing isn't the best though, you can hear conversations in the hallway. When I checked out today, I was in a rush with my coffee. The front desk staff seemed to be asking if I wanted a bottle of water, but I didn't get a chance to answer. Thank you anyway, that was very kind~

Extremely satisfied with the front desk service. The staff were proactive and enthusiastic, helping me choose and view rooms, which also made my guests very happy. The room facilities were complete, warm, clean, and tidy. I stayed for 4 nights in a row and will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

For this trip to Songhua Lake for skiing, we chose the Jilin Hanting Hotel (Xiamen Street) for accommodation. We were extremely satisfied with the hotel's service. My friend fell and injured himself while skiing and couldn't walk. Hotel staff member Liu Zhigang proactively helped us carry our luggage and carried him to our room, which touched us deeply. Front desk staff member Wang Weiqi actively helped us contact a taxi to the airport and meticulously considered every detail, such as what type of vehicle could accommodate our wheelchair and luggage, as well as the price. Knowing we only had one day of leisure time, he and his companion Li Yanhui planned a trip for us to try local Jilin cuisine. All of this made us forget the unpleasant experience at Songhua Lake Ski Resort. Thank you to the staff of Hanting Hotel; it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely choose Hanting again in the future.

Great! We stayed in a Business king Room at the Hanting Hotel for three nights. we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 5 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower is pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to the concierge for baggage storage to restaurant. Over all, a very pleasant 3-day stay.

Must give this Hanting five-star praise! The overall environment is clean and refreshing, the public areas and guest rooms are well done, and the living is comfortable. What touched me most was that I left a single headset when I left. After contacting the hotel, the staff was very patient and quickly helped to find it. They also took the initiative to help send it back. The whole process was gentle and caring, and the sense of responsibility was full. The staff is professional and warm-hearted. It is too safe to travel here. It is worth recommending to friends who come to Jilin!

The room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant color scheme and cozy lighting. I really love Hanting's beds; they're so comfortable. I also really liked the hand soap – it smelled amazing! It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose Hanting again next time.

The three-separation design of the wash area allows the same person to wash, go to the toilet and take a bath at the same time during the morning peak, without interfering with each other, and completely separate dry and wet.
