We have a warm welcome from the hotel staff (especially from Eve) , they were great observers and offering us drinks, masks, eye masks… when we raise an issue they are able to share us solutions almost immediately! Breakfast variety was great, covering from western to local. Room size were big and the amenities was the best among all the hotels we have stayed in China. Will definitely come back again!

Good accommodation. The breakfast is very good, lots of variety, the rooms and amenities are complete, even the staff can't communicate in English but try to be very helpful. Recommended.

Enjoyed our stay here. We requested to change room due to cigarette smoke smell in the first room. Eve was very helpful with our check in procedure and answered all our enquiries professionally. Hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great too. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

The people in Jilin are really nice. Although there are not many scenic spots here and I came here just for the rime, the local people really improved my impression of Jilin! I have always loved staying at Hilton Huanpeng, I am confident. I wasn’t disappointed this time either! The front desk upgraded my room, which is big enough for one person!
