This review is too late. I stayed in the hotel for the first time in October 2022. Because I wanted to get a better room view experience, I asked the cleaning lady Wang Meiyun to help me coordinate with the front desk to change the room (I don’t know if Aunt Wang is still working in the hotel) , I hope the hotel customer service can reply to me in the comment area), I had a very happy accommodation experience, so I came to Laiwu again in September a year later and stayed at this hotel. I had a very happy trip. Thank you Aunt Wang for your stay. Warm service. (The hot pot in the hotel is delicious, awesome)

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The room is fully equipped, comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk clerk Xiao Wei Xiaowang, as well as the waiters in the restaurant and corridor, are warm and thoughtful, and others feel at home. The restaurant is satisfied with the breakfast, the sheep soup and pancakes are special and very delicious. The restaurant is also very good, not many people can be half past three, a few more, the taste is quite good, no need to go out to find a restaurant! I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn before. This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby is spacious and grand, with a water dispenser. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean. The facilities are not as detailed as those at Hilton Garden Inn. For example, the toilet is not smart, the curtains are not electric, there is only an old-fashioned kettle at the bar, no coffee machine, and the small refrigerator is empty and not plugged in. It is just a decoration. The carpet is a bit old and has stains, and the bedding is relatively comfortable. The best thing is the breakfast. The price of 58 yuan is worth the money, the variety is very rich, and the environment is good. It is really great👍

The room was clean and the facilities were complete. We arrived at the hotel a bit late. The guy at the front desk was warmly received and upgraded for us. It was rich early. There was a dumpling restaurant open until 3 am downstairs. It was convenient to eat! There are plenty of parking spaces, close to the high-speed exit, very suitable for self-driving friends!

LLEE SOYOUNGI loved that the accommodation was really clean! The facilities are really good, and the breakfast menu is also good. Before boarding the plane in Korea, the hotel called me and told me when I would be arriving and that I could request a pick-up when I arrived. I didn't have a Chinese phone number, but I was able to add the hotel's official account through WeChat, so I was able to talk comfortably. I was impressed!
If I come to Jinan Airport, I will definitely stay here!

SSeejuneThe hotel is located right inside the famous Da Ming Hu. You need to wait for the hotel to pick you up from the carpark and the hotel will send a caddy to pick you up. It’s also easy to just walk out to the Main Street which is only 5 minutes walk and you will be in city centre with food and show around.
The view of hotel room is amazing if you book a Lakeview room. It was my 9 year old daughter’s favorite because every morning she wakes up and can see how the huge birds catch fish from the lake. It’s like you are in a zoo.
The room is reasonably clean but a little bit worn out and a little bit small for the standard room. So the hotel videos are a bit of an exaggeration. But overall we love the location and view of the room and we would highly recommend for first time visitors to book a hotel with a view of the beautiful lake.
