This review is too late. I stayed in the hotel for the first time in October 2022. Because I wanted to get a better room view experience, I asked the cleaning lady Wang Meiyun to help me coordinate with the front desk to change the room (I don’t know if Aunt Wang is still working in the hotel) , I hope the hotel customer service can reply to me in the comment area), I had a very happy accommodation experience, so I came to Laiwu again in September a year later and stayed at this hotel. I had a very happy trip. Thank you Aunt Wang for your stay. Warm service. (The hot pot in the hotel is delicious, awesome)

At 9 pm, the customer service was also enthusiastic and quickly checked in. But the first time I didn't know why, the room card couldn't open the door, so I went down and re-applied!
The room is relatively large, the facilities and price are equal, the basic toiletries are complete, the TV is a little problem, the phone in the house cannot be connected to the main station! I called the front desk by myself and didn't mention the solution. It was too late and I didn't want anyone to disturb me. I didn't ask again. I solved the TV problem!
The sanitary condition is average, the bathroom smells a bit, but it is ventilated and basically has no impact.
Overall, if not strict, just overnight rest, recommended stay!

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn before. This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby is spacious and grand, with a water dispenser. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean. The facilities are not as detailed as those at Hilton Garden Inn. For example, the toilet is not smart, the curtains are not electric, there is only an old-fashioned kettle at the bar, no coffee machine, and the small refrigerator is empty and not plugged in. It is just a decoration. The carpet is a bit old and has stains, and the bedding is relatively comfortable. The best thing is the breakfast. The price of 58 yuan is worth the money, the variety is very rich, and the environment is good. It is really great👍

On the day of check-out, I couldn't get a taxi to the scenic spot and couldn't get back, which wasted time. I called the front desk and the lady extended my time for free. I was so touched. The breakfast was also delicious. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. The curtains are all remote-controlled. I can just use ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” if I have any problems. GGuest UserThe location is not easy to find. There is construction nearby and it will be a bit noisy. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I said I wanted a quieter room and arranged an inner room for me, but it seems that the rooms inside are better than others. The room is smaller. And it seems that the subway is being built on the east side and the west side is being renovated, so it is noisy on both sides.

Before boarding the plane in Korea, the hotel called me and told me when I would be arriving and that I could request a pick-up when I arrived. The long 9-hour self-driving trip made my 80-year-old mother very tired. The hotel reception prepared two adjacent rooms with Tatami view in advance. Just like the hospitable and conscientious service of the staff, as soon as I entered the room, I felt like a small bridge with flowing water. , the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows accompanied by tree shades bring people to a poetic scene
, the large rice-tiled windows, the floor-to-ceiling tea table and tea utensils sitting under the window, if you don’t take a sip of the water from the Black Tiger Spring carefully prepared by the hotel, it feels like a waste of the picturesque room.

MMaxI would stay again despite some flaws. The social atmosphere is fantastic, one of the best I've come across in two years of traveling the world. It's an authentic, inclusive community vibe in the common room. Every evening there is a gathering with boardgames, performances, group talks, etc. It's really great.
The location of the hostel is also really good. Everything is within walking distance. Train station, bus station, cheap good restaurants and the park.
My only peeve are the sanitary facilities. There's no toilet paper and no bum gun provided ... So I need to bring own. Also, the shower drain is not placed correctly so the shower is always flooded. I feel like these things could be easily fixed. And maybe tidy up the general areas more frequently. There's a lot of junk lying around. But that's also what makes it more homely...
Anyway, it's a great place, owner is very nice. I'd definitely stay again.

WWangfuciusGood. Good reviews. Excellent location, 12th floor, good view. Although the windows cannot be opened. It takes 15 minutes to ride to Baotu Spring, 2.2 kilometers. The room facilities are a bit old, but it does not affect the use. Clean and tidy. The key is high cost performance. In the peak tourist season, it is 450 meters walking distance from Jinan Station, and it is only 120 a night. What else can I ask for? The room is very quiet and not noisy at night. There are two dedicated elevators, and many people going up and down are family travelers, so it feels very safe. I will stay here again next time. It's only 700 to 800 a week. Wouldn't it be nice to save money to go to the attractions and have a big meal? 😁😁😁😁
