Upgraded to premium room on high floor, big and clean room, got self service laundry. Breakfast is good, value for money. Even though next to Jinan Train Station, but still need to work some distance.

We got upgraded to the Echarm Hotel (Which is the "sister" hotel of city convenience Hotel and they are located in the same building just different floors) The Hotel is clean and the manger is super helpful and is able to speak English. We could not communicate with any of the other staff as they could not speak English. Location is great with a mini mart right across the road. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

The front desk was very kind and very helpful. It was the most helpful front desk I've ever stayed at in China. The room was clean, but the shower head had a clogged hole, so the water came out strangely. The location is a little far from the tourist spots, but it's very close to the station and convenient.
