房間整潔、衞生，物品都有消毒標識。空調給力，炎熱的天氣裏清涼舒適。餐飲服務印象特別深刻，080號小妹妹舉止端莊、大方自不必多言了，感歎於她的周到貼心的服務，在這裏特此致謝：感謝您僅一天就記住了我和同事的飲料口味喜好，讓我在您這裡有賓至如歸的感覺，被重視的感覺讓我和同事都格外地開心，再有需要您這裡會是我們的首選。感謝您給我們規劃的夜看超然樓亮燈、泉城廣場蓮花噴泉，早起去拜望千佛山的建議，驅蚊神器讓我們免於了大明湖的蚊蟲叮擾，棒棒噠👍🙏

幾乎不寫評價，這次因為服務不錯，真心給好評。 打電話提前和前台溝通，早晨下飛機7點多到店，中午午餐時退房，很不錯的服務。手機充電中，着急退房忙亂的把酒店的充電線帶走了，打電話給前台如何郵寄退回，酒店回覆送給我了，一個小細節體現服務的優質，不錯的體驗

一般如果酒店不是特別差特別好，我都懶得評論。學府酒店屬於我認為特別好的。首先位置不錯，離千佛山很近，步行幾分鐘就可以，泉城公園兩站路，步行15分鐘，騎行5分鐘左右。其次服務特別好，我們是中午12點不到到達的酒店，本來本着下午兩點入住十二點退房的原則，我本打算在大堂休息一下，結果直接痛快的辦理了入住，並告知最晚退房時間是下午兩點。還有就是酒店房間挺大的，除了床還有一張貴妃沙發，學習桌什麼的。環境非常好，感覺物超所值。當然濟南是老錢，濟南人都樸實善良，十多年了，還是對濟南除了天氣以為感覺特別好😂

酒店服務很貼心。餐廳服務人員（工號080162）細緻周到 特別照顧到小朋友的需求。房間設施略陳舊 但是浴巾是塑封的 很衞生。 建議夏天提供夏被。
