I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good variety of Chinese and western food in breakfast and in dinner buffet. Ms. Dou Qin Qin and Mr. Troy and in the restaurant speak good English and they were very helpful and supportive.

Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The name of Shandong Building sounds grand, and the whole building is very impressive. The room is clean and bright, and the service from the doorman, lobby to room service (thumbs up to Miss Wang Jing) is superb. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, and they proactively made a night bed. The decoration style is retro but not shabby, and the facilities are complete. I have seen the hair dryer of the hotel is Dyson, and the kettle is SMEG, which surprised me! This can be said to be the most cost-effective and satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in recent years! All five stars!

Before staying, I compared between Hyatt and Shandong Building. Hyatt is about 100 cheaper than Shandong Building. The overall feeling was good. A big sister from the housekeeping department, Fang, gave us nail clippers with a smile on her face. At breakfast, before leaving, a lot of food was given to us by a little sister who was smiling. The attitudes of other people were average. The only time I felt very rushed and incomprehensible was when I left the hotel. The online car-hailing car stopped at the door of the hotel and started to urge the driver to leave quickly. Then, before we got in the car and sat down, the driver drove away without closing the door. Then the security on site closed our car door again. Even if other people came to check in, it was too obvious to urge guests to leave. I probably won't stay again.

What I like most is the design of the windows, a whole row, this view is invincible. The bed and quilt are very comfortable, and I slept very well. Sanitation: Very clean, L'Occitane washing and care, the whole room is fragrant after using it. Environment: You can see swans at breakfast, but the pool is not very clear, which is a pity.
