I needed a bag delivered by courier and called the room service. When the waiter delivered it, he said we were having dinner and had to go upstairs and downstairs. He turned around and left. Can you starve to death? This service is too bad and there is no patience. There are several holes in the bed sheets in the guest room, and there are bugs on the wall. The sanitary environment is poor. Friends, stay away from it!!!
