第一次入住亞朵，整體感覺還可以。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，入住時候前台人員還會倒杯熱茶。
設施：入住的房間花灑有點小毛病，洗完澡以後都躺在床上了，花灑突然滴了好多水，嚇我一跳。

在亞朵吃早餐，是一種享受。環境優雅，菜品精緻得像藝術品。服務更是無可挑剔，服務員會輕聲細語地引導你到座位，用餐過程中幾乎感覺不到打擾，但衹要你需要，他們總在第一時間出現。
tips：打車去的趵突泉，然後可以坐5元1位的城市觀覽車到大明湖

非常差的一次入住體驗
房間問題：定的高級大床房，房間緊鄰主幹道，關上窗户也很吵。而且房間硬件比較老舊，洗手枱旁邊的插座是壞的，還得去床頭吹頭髮，大門的反鎖不起作用，還得用那個鏈鎖門，非常難用。浴巾很舊，用了很久的樣子
人員服務問題：這個地方無論經理還是個別服務人員態度都很差，剛入住發現炒，一個穿着像領導的人非的説關上窗户就不吵了，結果我叫一個小哥上去親自體驗，關了窗户就跟沒關一樣，小哥態度還可以，帶看了其他幾個房間，最後都差不多吵，就沒換。關健這個經理的騷操作要給我降級換房，我聽説過不滿意升級換房的，沒聽説降級的，真長見識了。還有最後離店，服務員問住的怎麼樣，我説非常差，然後服務員就沉默了，一句話也不説，最起碼是不是應該説句“不好意思….”。這個店都是什麼服務態度
唯一欣慰的就是保潔人員，看見水用完了給多放兩瓶水。
