The overall stay experience was great! Here I would like to express my special thanks to Vivienne, the Hotel staff, for her professional explanation of the Hotel tour. She not only introduced the overall design of the hotel but also explained the knowledge of ceramics. She was very meticulous and patient in the whole process, and also gave me and my family four exquisite ceramic bracelets, which brought me a unique hotel accommodation experience. As a solo female it was great. Unfortunately front staff do not speak English which made it hard slot figure out where I wanted to go and recommendations
