我是2月12日22:20下單的酒店，考慮春節旅遊的人多，特意撥通酒店電話，説酒店已確認就是確認有房間吧，酒店老闆回覆有的。我還特意交代説我們還在寧洱縣，距離遠，會到店比較晚，酒店老闆回覆沒問題，我又提出預留一個車位，酒店也回覆完全沒問題。然後我們駕車160公里，從寧洱縣開到景東新奇酒店，太疲憊了。結果到店以後，酒店老闆看着我們一家人啥也不説，我説辦理入住手續，她才恍惚地應沒房間了。然後無論我們怎麼説明，她都衹是弱弱地説，房間已經開給別人了。因為我們帶有兩個小孩，已經睡着抱在懷裡，不想大過年的跟人不愉快，就要求酒店退款，結果酒店老闆刷新了我的三觀，説了一句“我不認字我不懂”，然後就躺在沙發上準備睡覺，也不理會。過了大概10多分鐘，另外一個客人過去辦入住，情況和我們一模一樣，不過那個大哥比較憨厚，不懂得追究，就悻悻地離開了。無奈之下撥通了110，請求警察幫助，等了大概30分鐘警察5個警察叔叔趕到現場，對事件經過進行核實後強制要求酒店退款給我們，原來這家酒店入住不需要實名登記，隨便一個人過去交錢就入住！天吶‼️我快40歲的人在外工作十多年，形形色色的人都碰見過，這家酒店老闆人一個字絕！
