房間給兩瓶水，額外的需要花錢，花錢也行，但是還需要自己下樓買，也是好樣的！早飯不好，早餐的工作人員態度也不好，我們8點多去吃早餐，已經啥也沒有了，跟工作人員反應，想添加點餐品，她説，你不會早點來！

訂的580的套房，早上和中午都被樓上椅子拖地面的響聲吵醒，你們就不能花點錢換個滑輪椅？
13:45前台就打電話催退房，意思是領導要求必須14:00讓客人退房，也是很少見。
