我很少給人打差評，但這回真忍不了。酒店硬件和衞生就不説了，一般般，關鍵是老闆做生意不實誠，這個就不對了。入住的時候我問能不能雙床換大床，有差價可以説，前台老闆回覆酒店生意好房間滿了換不了，而且你們訂得晚，衹能住電梯旁，但電梯老了框框框有聲音，晚上你們會睡不好，我能協調你們換房間，但要加錢，一間房加20我就讓你們離電梯遠點。話都到這兒了，你能怎麼的，説實話，這跟訛人有什麼區別，而且一直到我離開，我住我那層壓根沒別人住都空着，做生意老想着歪門邪道，那就不對了，想住的自己掂量一下吧。

特價房到店被告知要補錢 不地道。老闆説因為特價房很吵加錢可以換，跟多少錢沒關係，在我看來一個酒店基本的保障就是能讓客人有基礎的睡眠條件。哪怕特價房出現了問題，該換設備換設備，該加隔音加隔音。最差也是在預訂的時候寫在訂單上或者電話提前通知，而不是大半夜等客人到了酒店才説。
更別提無數酒店在淡季基本沒人住的情況下會提供免費升房服務。
所以這次來到井岡山住宿，感受不到誠意。
