The location of the resort is is 20mins drive from the main central tourist area. If you’re seeking an isolated resort hotel, this is a good choice. The facility at the hotel resort is good, the staff are friendly and hospitable. The landscape are well kept and villa room has high ceiling with stupendous bathroom / shower. Great resort for a luxurious quiet family get away.

I requested a loft room, the bedding was very comfortable, the smart toilet curtains were very convenient, the location was very close to the Starlight Night Market, there was a riverside swimming pool downstairs, the hotel environment was elegant and fresh, and the sanitary conditions were also very good. The breakfast provided was also very rich, it was suitable for staying with children and the elderly, and the service was very satisfactory.

The room is well decorated, very clean and new, and the white walls are not dirty at all, which doubles the praise. You can see the river, and the night view is okay. It is very convenient to have a washing machine to wash clothes and bring your own laundry detergent, and it is very cost-effective. It's just that the soundproofing of the room is not very good, which is a common problem in Peacock City. Fortunately, the corridor is quite quiet, and the cleaning ladies are not very noisy. If you encounter someone with a loud voice, other places are actually not that bad. The higher-ups are relatively quiet. Soundproof glass can isolate noise without affecting rest.

Romantic private bath on the Mekong River, beautiful river view There is an amazing hotel next to the beautiful Mekong River. The location here is excellent. The lively Starlight Night Market is just 200 meters away. It is very convenient to eat, visit the night market and enjoy the river view. The hotel room has an unbeatable river view and a wide field of vision, where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Mekong River. At night, the spectacular light show is dazzling, immersing people in a dreamy atmosphere. When there is no typhoon, you can also see tourist boats passing by, and the Thai style performances on the boat are wonderful. Imagine lying in a huge bath, soaking in hot springs, drinking red wine 🍷, watching yachts, ships, performance cruises 🚢 on the river slowly passing by, how romantic it is. There is an extra-large private bath in the room, which can accommodate two people, making it an ideal choice for couples to vacation. The shower room has a thoughtful seat design, which is suitable for people with inconvenient legs and feet. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious, injecting vitality into a beautiful day. What a cool place!! Our friends recommended to go there as they had just stayed in this brand new hotel and loved it. We were not disappointed, the rooms are so beautiful, the balcony was our absolute highlight (at day at night time) with the white furniture, the plants and the lights. Shower is really great and overall amazing design of the entire room and the entire hotel!!! Service was really good and warm, a very sweet and kind lady named Xiao Xu took such great care of us and it was super easy to communicate with her in WeChat, so foreigners feel welcome and well taken care of in this hotel!! She really made a great difference for us, also compared to some other experiences when traveling in China. The location of the hotel is so cool, you’re right in the middle of a small and cute part of the city, super close to the river and where many restaurants, bars, temples are. The pool is just amazing, on roof top, good size, great view, small pool bar with all you can wish for! This hotel was exactly what we wanted and actually what most people want when they stay in Xishuangbanna. We absolutely recommend to stay there, we have looked at other places before and when we passed by just because we were curious, but this was the one we liked most from design, location and again, that balcony!!!!

Location is very good: rooms are quiet but close to the Night Market and to an extremely wide choice of restaurants and shops. The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building. Facilities are new and clean. Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport. Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price. He is friendly, willing to give information and tips. Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more... As mentioned by some other users, the weight-lifting equipment in the gym is out of order. His clothes are also free to be washed and ironed and delivered to your door.✅ The Nanyin Wabi-sabi style suite I booked is very large, the indoor space is not cramped at all, and the facilities are all available. There is also a 120-inch projection screen that can be turned into a private movie. It is really comfortable to watch a movie and have a midnight snack at night🌃 And you can see the Lancang River from the terrace when you push the door out, and you can quietly wait for a sunset that belongs to you. This feeling is super romantic and comfortable, isn't it?

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

This is one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in! The hotel grounds are gorgeous and the perfect retreat from city life. You can spend the day relaxing by the pool, taking in the views from the terrace, and hiking around the surrounding tea fields. The owners of the hotel are incredible and always there to help out. We completely fell in love with their friendly dog, who even accompanied us on one of our hikes. We also loved the breakfast (noodle soup with fresh local fruit and sweet potatoes served alongside). I just recommend you bring snacks along on your stay, since there are no shops nearby to buy things. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to recharge their batteries in nature. I'll definitely be back :)
