As the most passionate and loyal enthusiast of Intercontinental, I did not hesitate to choose the Crown Holiday Inn under Intercontinental's umbrella for this trip to Xishuangbanna. The overall style of the hotel is luxurious and appropriately distinctive, perfectly integrating Dai culture into it. The concept of intercontinental people-oriented is reflected in both the concierge service and room care service upon entering the hotel. This is a perfect trip!!!

The service was excellent - especially Ms. Veina (Head of reception/guest relations). Ms. Veina is not
only a very charming and helpful person, but she really tried to make my trip a very special one. No request was too much for her, she always showed a true sense of hospitality and provided very professional service.
Also the breakfast team was very accommodating and supportive - a really nice, young and enthusiastic team.
Many thanks for a fantastic stay! I certainly will try to return again soon.

The receptionist hang up the Telephone two times when I called from taxi. Most certainly because she Did not understand English. Informationdesk also no English.

Amazing service at the reception and rooms. But the best ist the service at the breakfast and dinner ji cafe. Very friendly and attentive service!

Excellent service, especially the receptionist Ada, who were extremely helpful. The room was very clean. I had decided to spend my birthday at this hotel and surprised by the birthday cake making my first use of the hotel first time!! Will definitely come back again 👍

We had a pleasant stay. The lobby was particularly impressive with real peacocks. Breakfast buffet was expansive and the service was great with the staff remembering our breakfast beverage choices. Room was clean but as the property is huge, it was quite a walk to get to the room. Free car parking with electric charging facilities were also available. Our package included a complimentary photo shoot with a large selection of traditional clothes for adults and children provided at the Aman studio. The photo shoot was very professional and the photographer did a great job capturing our family photos. Highly recommended!

Susan at the front service department was amazing, she was incredibly helpful even before I arrived, taking care of every detail. During my stay she was in constant contact with me helping me make my stay so much easier.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel was very beautiful, good location, out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The room is beautiful, however it is slightly dated as there is no extractor fan in the bathroom but it was comfortable and soundproof! It was lovely to have a balcony overlooking the greenery. The food was amazing, and food and beverage staff were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Daniel from F&B was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. For future check ins, I hope front desk can mention WiFi for the room, the traditional performances they have and any other extras. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing break away in the heart of Xishuangbanna

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza, located a bit away from the very city center. The pool and gym are well equipped. A pity that the gym open rather late in the morning (8.30am).
The breakfast is great and offers many choices.
The room is spacious with a nice balcony.

Great hotel with amazing service, the staff made sure that I was catered to by either calling a staff member that could speak English or using the translation app. Room was great and the bed was really comfortable, I didn’t want to leave!

Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 2 nights and felt very good. I didn't leave the hotel for 2 days. When I checked in, Ada Xiao Zhou was very friendly. She added WeChat to remind me that there was herbal ointment in the room and reminded me where the umbrella was when it rained. The breakfast was rich and delicious! The roast chicken set, pizza, and grilled fish were all good. Xiao Zhou also gave me a cute elephant pendant when I checked out. Thank you

Second time staying at this great resort hotel. The hotel has a variety of parent-child activities, and also offers free travel photography, airport pick-up, and tickets to the tropical flower garden. The service and environment are what a Crown should have. The lobby is very distinctive. After looking at the Pullman next door, Crowne Plaza is very atmospheric! There are many places to rest, and it's comfortable to sit casually. You can buy a set meal in the lobby bar, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The view facing the swimming pool is very good.
The swimming pool is indoor and outdoor, there is also a shallow pool for children to play in the water, and there is a children's playground. Although they are not big, they have many choices!
