I went to 菠萝酒店 in 西双版纳 during 国庆节期间。first there location was very close with 星光夜市 so, it was so convenient to move there. Then there was very clean and kind. It was pretty clear i would go to 菠萝酒店 if i go to 西双版纳 again

Great location if you wanna feel the vibe and noise of the city. This area get busy and loud in the evenings, mostly of visitors to the city. Some of the roads gets closed to vehicles during the evening cater to pedestrians. The rooms are sufficient and staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is mainly fChinese food with some selection of dry cereal such as Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Rice Crispies. Do make sure you check out the pool, bar and gym on the top floor.

Fantastic location just a short walk from then night markets and Mekong river.
Friendly and helpful service.
Clean rooms, I booked a terrace room which was lovely.
Bar good, pool good but too many want to be models taking pictures constantly.
Breakfast was ok, coffee could be better but you don’t have to go far to find better food and drink.

Spectacular architecture. Small infinity pool on the roof top. Comfortable beds. Very nice terrace with the room. Breakfast is ok. The coffee at the breakfast is also instant and VERY SWEET. Please consider that many people do not drink sweet coffee. Better you provide black coffee.

Perfect stay! Centrally located close to the night market. Each room with a balcony. Modern styled rooms. We liked the stay in this hotel! The noise insulation in our rooms on 7th floor was average. If you are sensitive for noises, earplugs might be a solution for the high season.

What a cool place!!
Our friends recommended to go there as they had just stayed in this brand new hotel and loved it. We were not disappointed, the rooms are so beautiful, the balcony was our absolute highlight (at day at night time) with the white furniture, the plants and the lights. Shower is really great and overall amazing design of the entire room and the entire hotel!!!
Service was really good and warm, a very sweet and kind lady named Xiao Xu took such great care of us and it was super easy to communicate with her in WeChat, so foreigners feel welcome and well taken care of in this hotel!! She really made a great difference for us, also compared to some other experiences when traveling in China.
The location of the hotel is so cool, you’re right in the middle of a small and cute part of the city, super close to the river and where many restaurants, bars, temples are.
The pool is just amazing, on roof top, good size, great view, small pool bar with all you can wish for!
This hotel was exactly what we wanted and actually what most people want when they stay in Xishuangbanna. We absolutely recommend to stay there, we have looked at other places before and when we passed by just because we were curious, but this was the one we liked most from design, location and again, that balcony!!!!

This is THE place to stay in Banna! Fantastic location, beautiful hotel with great swimming pool and friendly staff. Stayed in intercontinental for 2 nights previous to staying here. If you are looking to experience Banna then this is the place to stay. Highly recommend it!

A lovely hotel conveniently located in the heart of Xishuangbanna. The service was very friendly and helpful. There is a great rooftop pool (although under cover) that has amazing views, especially at night. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Amazing hotel! The pool has an incredible view of the night market, river, mountains and city. It also has a cocktail bar.
Housekeeper Xi Xi couldn’t have been more helpful and really went above and beyond to help us over WeChat - organising activities and booking tickets on our behalf.
I can’t wait to visit again!

Very good option and good value for money! The hotel is very new and modern with a very nice architecture and "cool" style. A very good place to spend a nice vacation with your partner or your friends. The rooms are pretty big, clean and comfortable. The staff was able to accommodate to our needs by bringing in an extra table to the room and a chair so we could work from there. The breakfast is good and offers some variety of food. The staff does not speak too much English but we were able to communicate with wechat perfectly. The staff was always very attentive and accommodating. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is possible to smoke inside, so you might smell it at times, and the internet is okay but not private so ask the front desk for the private wifi. The pool at the top is very nice and clean and they warm it up during cold days. Another thing that I liked is to have free pick up service from the airport and free taxi service around the hotel. I truly recommend this hotel, we will miss staying there!
