酒店非常大，房間非常寬敞，裝飾雅緻，從陽台上可以看到壯觀的山景。最讓人印象深刻的是，房間的清潔和整理都做得非常到位，讓人感到既舒心又安心，不同的温泉池讓我體驗了不同的浸泡樂趣。
水質清澈，温度適宜，浸泡其中。餐飲服務也是一流的，酒店的餐廳提供了多樣化的選擇。酒店員工的熱情和專業。無論是前台的接待還是餐廳的服務員，每個人都以温暖的微笑和及時的服務讓我感到賓至如歸

剛進去酒店禮賓就很禮貌的問好，前台人員也非常周到，禮賓員帶路到酒店房間去，房間打掃的很乾凈，泡池台很乾凈沒什麼雜物和臟東西，早餐午餐晚上都是以自助餐的形式提供應有盡有，温泉中心裏的特色加料區真的泡的人暖暖的，孩子喜歡玩的泡泡池和漩渦池都非常漂亮和安全，這裏的地理位置優越，離聖境花谷、滑翔傘基地、國際卡丁車賽場、愛飛客極客公園、莫愁村、園博園、漳河風景區都很近，太讚了！以後來荊門要繼續來到雙泉温泉酒店裡住。

走的匆忙，居然忘記拍照了，酒店出乎意料的好，首先服務態度很好，把車停下之後保安還替我領箱子進去，前台服務態度也很好，一直送到了電梯，酒店環境和照片一樣，乾淨！總之，很好的一次住宿體驗😆😆
