Jingmen Shuangquan Hot Spring Hotel

Traveling with my kids, I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than expected. The service was incredibly attentive, the room facilities were great, and the hygiene was top-notch. My kids loved the hot springs so much they didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back if we have the chance.

The room was great, and my kids loved all the little touches. The environment is really nice, the service is attentive, and parking is super convenient, especially with the charging stations. We had a really good stay. My kids didn't want to leave at check-out, but the front desk kindly extended it until 2 PM, so we got to enjoy the hot springs until the evening. Highly recommended!

This is my 34th visit to this hot spring hotel, and every time I come, I'm pleasantly surprised. It's one of the newer hot spring hotels in Hubei province, with a really nice environment. The air conditioning works great, and the facilities are quite upscale.

My overall experience exceeded expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and tranquil, and the hot spring water is clean and clear, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed after a soak. The guest rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax in your free time.

I've never seen a hotel with so many extra charges. If you want a decent hairdryer, you have to stay in a 1000+ RMB suite. Rooms under 1000+ RMB only come with the oldest hairdryers. Bathrobes in the room cost an additional 20 RMB each. To enter the hot spring center, you have to pay extra, even though the hotel states that the pool and kids' play area are inside the hot spring center – you still need to pay to get in. Once inside, you're required to wear a uniform, but you have to buy it separately, and the matching socks also cost extra. What's more, the women's pools in the hot spring center were empty. Some pools in the lobby, like the fish therapy pool, also require an additional fee, and both adults and children need to pay separately. Of course, food and drinks are extra too. Basically, once you check into this hotel, you'll be constantly paying for things, one after another. Even emergency items like swimming rings by the pool cost extra. With so many charges, you'd expect good service, but there were no lifeguards by the pool, although there was always a staff member watching over the paid fish therapy pool. People were constantly smoking indoors, and the whole air was filled with second-hand smoke. The air conditioning wasn't on, so everyone felt stuffy. In the rest area, people were playing loud audio on their phones, making it impossible to relax. The buffet was so bad I wouldn't eat there again. Overall, the hotel environment is new and comfortable, and the room cleanliness and service are good. However, the constant, step-by-step charges really dampen the mood. All in all, I hope hotels in my hometown improve and optimize, so as not to waste such good facilities.

Came here with the kids and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the staff guiding us were very patient. The hot spring area is huge. The hot springs are on the basement level, with both indoor and outdoor sections. It was a bit cold outdoors at night, so we stayed indoors with the kids, and they had a blast!

I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean. Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door! Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

First time in Jingmen and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel. The surroundings are very quiet and the environment is lovely. The room type was good, and the facilities are comprehensive, offering dining, entertainment, hot springs, and a spa – truly a multi-functional hotel. There's currently a discount on the hot spring access, and the price is reasonable. Overall, it's a very good experience.

I've been to the Shuangquan Hot Spring Hotel in Jingmen quite a few times now. Compared to other hotels in the area, it's pretty decent. All the facilities are quite new, and it's never too crowded, which is perfect for introverts. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the rooms in the hotel are also very neat.
