網紅酒店，僅有皮表。預訂大床房進門就是水泥風。衞生間有下水道味，讓前台處理也沒説明原因衹是噴了味道也不怎麼好聞的空氣清新劑。為了泡温泉來的，為酒店一直説是湯泉。衹有一個圓形公共大浴池加兩個私人小浴池。拍照打卡可以，可玩性不高。

非常滿意的一次旅行，去年因為時間關係錯過，一年後重新來到那雲天空之城。剛到進景區下起來起了大雨，酒店管家雲月已在下榻地撐傘等候，而且給我們一個驚喜，酒店方面已給我們免費升級了房間。隨後和小夥子一起用景區轉運電動車把行李送到房間。安頓好房間，管家雲月又帶着我們乘坐觀光電梯，參觀了無邊泳池、那雲下午茶餐廳、懸崖電梯等場所，她對景區歷史、佈局娓娓道來，入住期間通過微信一直給我們提供服務訊息，離開酒店時專門親自接送我們到入口，讓我們找到賓至如歸的感覺。客房在懸崖之上，從青磚外牆我似乎穿越到當年的鐵礦山時期。客房安靜衞生，設施很好。餐廳服務員態度也很友好，比五星級酒店服務
更細心。期待下次再來那雲！

酒店很有特色，出行前做了攻略特地選了那雲度假村，到了以後比想象中還要好！慢吞吞小火車、飛崖列車、圖書館、美術館、玻璃棧道、屋頂浴場……每一處都給人驚喜！管家服務也很周到貼心！下一次還會去！

度假村內自然風光很不錯，是個洗肺的好地方，裏面各項設施齊全，吃飯也方便，萌寵基地遊樂場遊戲廳都有可玩性高，大人小朋友都玩的很開心，還有管家一對一服務，點名表揚管家雲山，服務熱情周到，體驗感好
