房間有返潮 一進去有氣味 空調也調試很久 才可以用 進去體驗感就不是很好 風景還不錯 但是吃的非常匱乏 園區內衹有一箇中餐廳 不太好吃 衹有一個炒黃年糕還行 啤酒屋的西餐 就是個意麪薯條什麼的 也是不好吃 就這兩個選擇 還叫不到外賣 周邊山路 開出去覓食也不方便 住一晚就足夠了 不然吃是個大問題 好多沒有完善開放的 進來還有在裝修的 個別地方油漆味道很重 這次來礦洞也在改造 有一個圖書館可以去看看 我感覺除了風景沒有別的太多可玩性 整個體驗就是感覺挺毛坯的！很多都沒有開放 性價比不高 價格也是挺高了 淡季還這價格 還有在裝修在維護的 感覺不好 服務管家還是熱情的 還有一個工作人員很少 就導致客房需求響應不快 園區內的接駁車 也不會很快

The three of us booked a parent-child room. The twin room has a large bed and a single bed. The room is big enough. There is a small corner for children to play. The overall design is simple and smooth. The whole park is mature, with complete facilities and good service. The housekeeper contacted and communicated in advance, arranged a pick-up, guided the park to enter and explained the park facilities and business hours. It should be the off-season now, and the whole check-in process was very smooth. The breakfast in the park is also very good, with a beautiful environment, many dishes, and a rich variety of coffee. Very good. The dishes are well cooked and suitable for the taste of southerners. There is a big bag of snacks every day, which is a small surprise. The overall experience feels good. We are the housekeeper Yunyu, the little girl is very gentle and considerate. She gave us a lot of help.

管家雲若服務周到

The day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel housekeeper Yunyue. After adding WeChat, she kept in touch and reminded us during our stay, and sent us the details of the hotel's service time, which was very helpful for us to get familiar with the hotel immediately. The hotel's service staff is warm and polite, greets when they meet, and the Chinese restaurant has fresh and delicious ingredients. It is a very suitable place for a quiet vacation. I especially like the hotel's private soup and library, which are very quiet and private. What needs to be improved is that the room is not cleaned thoroughly. I found that the bottom of the shoes was rubbed dirty after a while when I put on slippers. There was hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was a spider web above the button panel outside the elevator.

酒店景緻極好，遊玩內容也多，大人小孩都不會無聊，可以逛一整天，尤其拍照很出片，另外管家服務很周到，很滿意。在升級的項目抓緊施工呀，遺憾礦洞不開放。
