酒店開車不好找，酒店門頭招牌在另一家酒店上面，開車不容易看到，酒店沒有停車位，房間不到三十個平方，早餐要到酒店外邊的早餐店，又臟又冷

在攜程上看到該酒店的智能豪華標準店，面積50-55平米，沒有2張1.5米大床，於是中午訂了該房間，晚上趕到入住時，發現該房間面積小，沒有達到50平，房間達不到平台上描述的面積，於是要求向酒店提成取消訂單，酒店告知已過了18點，不能取消，於是要求該酒店按智能商務標準店退差價，智能商務標準店的掛牌面積是40平，該酒店不同意，解釋認為他們的房間就是50-55，他們的房產本上寫的是52平。如果房本上寫的是52平，那麼在平台應該標準房本面積，而不是表述50-55平這樣來欺騙消費者。該樓層還有另外一家酒店，都是同樣的房子結構，人家在平台描述的是38-40平（如下圖），我本人也多次入住過，到了該酒店就成了50-55平，難道臻和酒店的外牆就突出了嗎？該酒店和涇源縣農村商業銀行是連體的，該樓上除了另外一家酒店外，還有住家的公寓，我也有朋友住在此樓，對於房子的情況我還是比較清楚的。一般酒店50-55平的面積是多大，我想住過的人都清楚，可是到了該酒店卻以不實的方式欺詐消費者。本來我是要投訴到12315的，如果不是晚上和攜程的及時處理我一定會找我當地市場監管的同學來處理。在家門口就遭到了這樣的欺騙，本地人都會欺騙，外地人結果可想而知。其它的酒店真正的把客人當親人，該酒店卻把本地人當**來欺騙。何談服務，何談誠信。

酒店比較難找，晚上看不到酒店招牌，衹看到另一家與他共用一個前台大廳的酒店招牌。酒店設施較新，樓層較高。
