整體還行，可能因為國企背景的酒店吧，領導最大，6月28日上午本來擺渡車可以直接把我們從房間送到停車場，碰到所謂省裏面的領導視察，中途讓我們換車，把大擺渡車讓給領導，當時還下着雨，本來路程就不太長，搞不懂酒店當時的這種騷操作，服務感知非常差，領導的時間就是時間，人民羣眾的時間就不是時間麼，感知非常差。

環境還可以，但是蟲子真的很多！晚上睡覺發現床上還有小蟲子！！！尤其是下雨天要額外注意！庭院還挺好比較舒適愜意還算私密

酒店的環境很好，度假型，帶小院，帶池塘，可以散步遛彎兒，也可以叫泊車接送，挺愜意，安靜，古城風十足！

寶貝一放假立刻就出行，跟班上同學一起出來玩就是瘋啊開心啊！晚上到的酒店，下着小雨，門口有擺渡車可以送到裏面辦入住，也可以擺渡車送到住的那棟樓，隨時需要車可以打電話約，真心很棒！
有小孩的拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏，配套都很贊！
酒店是田園生活風格，修的庭院式，真心舒服啊，綠化面積也大，進來瞬間解壓，極力推薦！

開元的酒店房間設施無須多言，一直是性價比很高的，這次尤其自滿做出了購買酒店晚餐的套餐，真是性價比超高，比單獨點餐划算多了，
酒店是度假村的模式，別墅環境優越，很高興在這裏度過了愉快的兩天，荊州是個非常漂亮又有歷史底藴的古城，博物館內的西漢無答覆遂的展覽讓人們歎為觀止！
